About Our Art - Pressed Flowers and Leaves

We grow and press most of our own floral materials using no dyes or preservatives, thus maintaining their natural colors. Availability of specific floral materials varies throughout the season. As a result, layout and colors may vary somewhat from those pictured. Each design, like nature’s gardens, is uniquely beautiful!

        

Each work is carefully composed individually, every blossom positioned by hand using a minute dot of water-based floral adhesive. We use acid-free mattboard. The 5x7 and 8x10 photo frames stand on an easel foot. The 5x7 and 8x10 framed artwork will hang or stand; the 11x14 artwork will hang only. Unframed designs are protected in a clear sleeve.

*As with all natural materials, natural pressed flowers maintain their beauty best when protected from direct sun.
